So first long run since the half. Felt surprisingly good and smashed out a sub 50min 10k on a very hilly course! Now enjoying my legs tingling as they recover…love that feeling.

So I was aiming for anything under 2 hours and with limited preparation I SMASHED it…8mins faster than that….
